The Hear With You! Gala is Texas Hearing Institute’s largest fundraising event, and vital to its ability to provide highly specialized medical services and early childhood education to children with hearing loss whose parents cannot afford them.
This year Jenny and Clay Williams are chairing the Gala honoring Ginny and LE Simmons at The Post Oak Hotel on Thursday, April 18th. The featured speaker is Jim Kyte, the first and only legally deaf National Hockey League player. Jim will share his inspirational story, which includes becoming an academic and an advocate for accessibility and inclusion, and how we can maximizeour potential to be effective team players at work, home, or play.
Gala guests will enjoy a cocktail reception and silent auction, followed by a gourmet dinner and participating in competitive live auction bidding. You may also sponsor at a VIP level that includes a Meet-and-Greet Reception with Jim Kyte.
