Are you looking for a daycare near you? Texas Hearing Institute is launching an Early Learning Program for children without hearing loss. Our new daycare program is accepting open enrollment for 2022 for children ages 18 months through three years old.
Located in the new state-of-the-art facility just a short drive from the Texas Medical Center, the Museum District, Rice University, Old Braeswood, Rice Village, and Montrose, our daycare offers the quality education and attention that parents are looking for when deciding where to send their child to daycare.
Just ask some of our Melinda Webb School parents.
Samantha Brantley, a former Melinda Webb School parent, credits the Melinda Webb School for her son’s progress.
“Since graduating from the Melinda Webb School, my son Colin is doing amazing in his new school! He is above average in vocabulary, reading, and math. The [Melinda Webb School] is just amazing! The small classes, the quality of teachers, the focus on each individual child, [and] the amount of attention that is given to their individual development is incredible and hard to find anywhere else,” Samantha said.
The Early Learning Program offers children a play-based curriculum that focuses on a whole-child approach with instruction in developmental skills such as cognition, early literacy, fine and gross motor skills, social-emotional health, and well-being. Our teachers, who are mentored by Master’s-level educators, will provide families with full developmental evaluations and progress reports three times a year to monitor your child’s growth.
Kimberly Woods, a current Melinda Webb School parent, said, she is excited for the new program to launch.
“I’m planning to enroll my son at the Melinda Webb School next year! He doesn’t have hearing loss, but I’ve seen firsthand with my first child, Keysen, who had hearing loss, that the teacher’s level of education separates [the Melinda Webb School] apart from other schools. The teachers are very skilled and the kids truly absorb the curriculum that is being taught,” Kimberly said.
Parents can set their minds at ease knowing that their child is getting the best available care and education in the Greater Houston area.
